Asked by Trevor Alley. Citrix was working fine and then it was not able to launch the ica file. When checking default app files the ica file was not linked to the citrix connection manager.

When clicking on the file it did not give the option of selecting the connection manager. I've uninstalled the Citrix Workspace App numerous times without overcoming the problem.
